Assessing Your Maturity Across Key Areas.
Your strategy maturity will be assessed using our 3-tiered scoring system:
Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Basic
Scoring at the 'Basic' level indicates a foundational of fundamental concepts and principles in strategic workplace wellbeing development.
This level suggests that there is room for growth in your strategy, presenting an opportunity for further development and advancement.
Intermediate
Scoring at the 'Intermediate' level signifies a proficient understanding and application of wellbeing strategy concepts.
This level suggests that your strategy has moved beyond the basics, demonstrating competency with room for further growth and the development of your strategy maturity with new expertise.
Advanced
Scoring at the 'Advanced' level indicates mastery of complex concepts and advanced skills in designing and delivering wellbeing strategies.
While you may possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the subject matter, there is potential for continuous development, particularly in refining aspects of your strategy that may not be as effective despite maturity.
